- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I asked for my mail to be held so that I could pick it up at the end of my vacation. I go in when I get home and it's not there for me to pick up. Instead it's in the truck and I have to wait until the end of the day to get it delivered. Why have the option to pick it up at the post office if you're not going to follow that instruction? This is not rocket science, folks. Read and follow the instructions. This has happened twice now, and when I ask for an explanation at the counter I get nothing but rudeness. I'd call and complain but they don't answer the phones. No wonder the USPO is going broke!By Jim Harrison, November 13, 2016
