  Total lack of accountability in this office. It took three weeks of calling to even get an adviser to set up an appointment, then she left before I arrived, 5 minutes late due to road closures. I called to let her know I was running a few minutes late, the phones were already turned over to voicemail. (They close at 3:30? Must be nice!) She didnt call me to see if I were running late, just left and locked the doors. This, after I had to fight with Nathan to even get an appointment with someone-anyone in the office! Then this morning, Wendy then left a condescending message on my VM saying "thats the way the cookie crumbles". Im already an established UBS client for 5 years, but am taking my money OUT and away from these people. Service is terrible! Why should I be treated like crap when they are making money off me? NO THANKS!

  Excellent information, planning and suggestions for young and old. Everyone can begin their nest egg for retirement or other investments and now is the best time. Tomorrow never seems to come for doing this most important life-time need. I appreciate all of the staff and advisors very much and have found them to be well on-top of things, current and keep me well informed. Do make an appointment as my late husband and I did and found them informative, but left the decisions and time-frame up to me. No high pressure "do it now, or you'll be sorry" tactics have I ever experienced and appreciate that very much. Jim and Camille, Bend, OR have been extraordinary in all areas and when I leave a message they are back to me quickly.
