- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tim Proctor was an excellent agent and I was with him for years. However, the man who took over all of Tim's clients is a rude man who spoke down to me over the phone. He canceled my policy and gave me between the 7th and 22nd to reinstate it. He then claimed that I was given 31 days to reinstate my policy despite no communication, which was simply not the case given the dates above.By Katie Dumolt, October 09, 2016
