- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Deschuttes county sheriffs responded to my car accident and the way they spoke to me was very condescending and did not show any sympathy or a eagerness to help me out. I had a semi truck fail to yield and pulled in front of me while I was doin 50mph. Because I was 5mph over the limit they declared it a no fault even though I had the right of way and he had a stop sign to wait at. Long story short they don't show much care for the community they think they serve and they profile everyone as a guilty person before any investigation. I feel they are extremely unprofessional and abuse the privileges the badge brings. I've had much more positive experiences with the city PD and that's uncommon. Thanks for reading my review and I certainly hope things change with the deschuttes county sheriffs.By ryan shields, September 13, 2017
