  I am just looking for a place to print off my resume. Customer service does not exist. UPS charges 2 dollars to print from the computer. I ask about it and al I get is "it says by the computer the price" so I clarified 2 dollars plus 20 cents per print? No thank you. It wouldn't have bothered me if I wasn't the only person in the store. Again, customer service does not exist anymore

  Friendly and efficient experience. Came in for notary service after calling 3 branches of our bank and unable to get an appointment quickly: was able to walk right into ups and had a notary help us right away. She also faxed the document for us and gave us a card so we can have packages shipped there as we are traveling through. Very helpful. Disappointed to see the negative reviews below when some of the complaints seemed quite unreasonable (e.g. Weather, cost of printing). The notary service was $10 and faxing 3 pages cost $4. Not inexpensive but the convenience and ability to quickly have this done efficiently was worth it to us. Our time is worth more than running all around town trying to save a buck or two. Thanks UPS, we appreciate the service you provide.

  UPS HAS BEEN MILKING THIS WEATHER THING I HAVE HAD 4 PACKAGES IN ROUTE SITTING IN THE SAME TOWN THAT IT NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED AND THEY DELIVER 1 in 14 DAYS EACH DAY IT SAYS THEY ARE OUT FOR DELIVERY AND NO DELIVERY YET I SEE THEM DOWN THE STREET DELIVERING.   Do not ship anything important or time critical from here! They do not understand the importance of "as fast as possible" I went in here to ship important paperwork, and told the person that I needed this sent as fast as possible. They tell me it's being shipped to a PO box, they have to send it USPS, with no explanation that it would only be sent priority mail. So apparently "as fast as possible" means 4-5 business days to this store that specializes in shipping. Now I'm stuck with a tracking number that shows nothing (still claims UPS Store has the package after 2 days), and anxiety over whether my paperwork will be delivered on time. UPS Store receipt says it will be delivered by today, while post office says it'll be delivered in 4 days. Here is a hint for UPS Store, if someone says they need it as fast as possible, and you're not going to be able to deliver that service, tell them to go to USPS and ship overnight. Don't lie to them saying this is the fastest way and leave them in the dark. This is unacceptable customer service and I am never bringing my business here again.
